Hello I have a question my jeep is doing the same thing as this video I found on YouTube with the with the Tire Rod . Is this normal for it to move like that?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sYcKpwLlzgo

100% normal. Brand new tie rod will do that.

put a cam on it when you're out wheeling and articulation is getting tested - you'll see why it's a good thing it does that.

now if you have movement in the tie rod end independent of the steering knuckle, that's when you need to replace it.

you can check it by taking the wheel off, grab hold of the brake disk 3o'clock - 9o'clock and move it side to side.
