2013 JKUR lockers, sway, hazard not working

Recently changed my inner axle seals, added a new stereo head unit. My lockers and sway won't engage or light up on dash, the hazard, esp and power outlet switch do not light up or work. Off road lights have green back light. I tested every fuse at fuse box no issues there. I think maybe it's a relay? I have reset my computer. It's weird because right when I turn on Jeep if I hit the sway the dash light will flash for a bit then stop. I can use my flashpaq to lock my axles as well. Any ideas? Supposed to go to the Rubicon this Saturday. Thanks.

Fixed, when i put back lower switch cluster i plugged in one of the plugs to the wrong plug. That's a plug that isnt used on my jk near the air conditioning plug. Hope this might help others too!!
