Wasn't sure if a Georgia Jeep was a good thing or not. Pretty humid down there.

Humidity is usually not a huge problem unless there are areas of of paint which are uncovered to bare metal. Exposure to chemical elements like salt cause rust so southern cars are often clean. There may be a professional mobile inspection service (mechanic) that can check it for you too, if you can't find anyone close on here.
