Will this rust out?

The left fender panel the jeep's sheet metal has been "straighten" will this rust out? Or is it all good nd just a cosmetic eyesore. (Wavey sheet metal)
P.S those white spots are just glare from Sun, it is painted no chips.

If any exposed metal is showing I would use some touch up paint to seal it from rust starting.

For real.

I would just pick up a touchup paint pen from mopar, and clean it up and paint it just to be safe.

Yeah my bad should of described it better. My left fender has been straightened. It is painted but the metal is all wavey as the pictures are showing. Is that fine or Will it corrode

If there is no bare metal, it will have a hard time corroding.
