Has any one upgraded to cv type drive lines.
I did but was told the cv joint needs greased every 1000 miles what a pain it hast to be removed and you use a needle type grease gun to grease it.

A ton of people are running these. I generally grease both front and rear when I do an oil change or after deep water crossings. Every 1k miles is overkill in my opinion.

I run Adams CV shafts with grease able u joints. I grease them every oil change, before a long drive or just once every 6 months. I don't take them out to grease. You can jack up your jeep a little to spin the driveline to align the zerks

I believe he is referring to the center needle grease fitting that is between the u-joints to grease the CV assembly. Can be a real bitch to get to depending on drive line angle.
