Bestop customer service

2 weeks ago I ordered a twill trektop nx. During my 2nd day of letting it stretch I had 4" to go on the back 2 zippers. 1 of them snapped in 2 pieces. I called them and he said it would be 3-4 weeks for a replacement back window under warranty. Naturally I was a little disappointed, however, they offered to send me the 3 piece window kit instead and I had my replacement in 6 days (over a holiday weekend). Thank you bestop and wanted to share the excellent customer service I received from them with all of you.
