Cummins r2.8 vs Hellcat swap

So im having a delema i have a 2017 2 door jk I absolutly love the thing i have a great idea of where I would like to see it and up down the road but i wanting a different engine I have a cj7 which i think is where my pentastar motor will end up ive come down between the Cummins r2.8 and a Hellcat swap I really love eaxh im just wanting to hear other people's opinions between the two!!!

Sounds a lot cooler to say I have a monster horsepower Hellcat motor in my Jeep than a 2.8l diesel. IMO

If you want mileage don't buy a jeep, if you want COOL put a V8 in your Jeep, then smoke your big mud terrains in front of a Honda fart car.

The Cummins for rock crawling, v8 for street. Personally I think the hellcat is overkill and you’ll have cooling issues. Rather have a ls something or hemi.

I learned my lesson from building an over the top Ford 5.0HO for my cj7 with a world class t5 trans. It would twist up so much, when I clutched to shift, it would change lanes.
