Hey all,
In November of last year I upgraded my headlights to the IPF H4 conversion. As most of you know, this conversion requires a H13 to H4 conversion harness. My H13 female connector has shorted out from this conversion and I have to wire a new one from what I've read online (cut the old female connector, solder a new harness to the existing H13 headlight wires).
Would it be a bad move to just cut both harnesses and wire directly to the headlight wires from the wiring harness? At this point I'm also considering just moving over to heated Trucklites or KC Gravity Pro's to eliminate any further issue.
