Prosteer ball joint install question

Is the install kit something special to use specific for these ball joints or is this something that a mechanic would already have? Thanks

A good mech should have the kit. Nothing special about the installation.

It can be done without as well. I used a regular press and didn't have an issue. Just had to take the set ring off the upper balljoint.

After installing the pro steer ball joints do you add grease til it starts seeping out of the lower portion of the top ball joint or just a good 3-5 pumps?

the 1st time i added until it seeped out. each time after i do just a few pumps
