Power steering pulley wobble

Does anyone know the acceptable tolerance on PS pulleys?

I'm in the process of installing my PSC power steering pump and noticed the pulley was wobbling, so I put a dial indicator on and it has .019" of runout. I called PSC and they said it was normal, but I'm concerned it will lead to premature belt wear.

the pulley on my pump was the same way but it's been running fine, going on about3 years now

wobbly, didn't measure the run out.
