Need help, Poison Spyder JK Rear Tire Carrier

Good evening, I was wondering if anyone who has installed their Poision Spyder Rear Tire carrier still has the metal template? I bought a tire carrier but it doesn't have the template. I would send back after using. I left messages with Poison Spyder customer service but haven't heard back from them. So I thought I would ask my fellow Jeeper's. Thanks Mark:beer:

Give Poison Spyder another call there usually really good. Not sure if there Banning Ca. Phone number is listed, but should be able to find it.
