LKQ purchasing Warn

What does this mean for the Warn brand? Do I need to purchase my power plant prior to this deal closing?

I've done business with them for quite some time and have always thought highly of them myself. Hopefully they will continue this way. Some info from their website:

From my experiences with them, they stand behind the products they sell. Also, if warn is still being manufactured here, I would imagine the quality standards will remain the same. I hope so.

Wow that’s surprising. I’ve been to their junkyards but buying a winch company seems strange.
