Jack nut has everyone have used them on the JK for their rock sliders?

If so can you tell me your Experience with them.

That's a nutsert. No way in hell I would mount sliders with those. Usually they are used for rock skins, or crush corners.
U need to weld or drill and tap the frame and use a large bolt to mount rock sliders.
Sliders mounted to those would not last at the mall. :D

What gauge or thickness is the frame? Is there enough meat there to tap? I would think a couple 3/8" grade 8s through bolted to line things up and then weld the tabs would be Pretty solid.

Right now I am running the JCR stage 2 sliders. It required nutserts for the skins part. I tried to do the first few. BAD IDEA! :doh: Paid for it to be done professionally. Bust just to let you know, I wish I had gone a different route with a separate rock skin and weld on slider. Just my :twocents:.
