I have always used WARN winches because they are made here in the USA, with excellent parts and service availability.

Caught the Bug
Not all Warn = USA. The VR series are "imported".

I love my M8000S and it was much cheaper. Haven't needed more pulling power ever and it's smaller.

Also used a Zeon last weekend to recover this side by side. Granted, it doesn't weigh as much as a Jeep, but just another example of a Warn winch that hasn't let me down yet. It's been used several times with great results.

Why does everyone go with the 10s over the 12s? Obviously the money factor is always there and your jeep only weighs 5k but why not have the extra 2k to pull? I'm getting steel version then just slapping on synthetic right out of the box.
