Rear brake line relocation

The BAD Influence

Over the weekend a friend recommended I purchase a rear brake line relocation kit. To relocate the brake line to the inside of the frame. According to him, because the brake line is on the outside of the frame, at full stuff and articulating, the rear tire will rip the brake line away from the frame. It is kinda hanging out there, but I've never heard of this being a problem. Is this an issue? Is this something I should address?

it is possible for the rear swaybar link stud to catch the hard line. It happens when swaybar link has too long of a stud.
