Spare Tire Cover

Would anyone have a good way to secure a tire cover so its doesn't get ripped off..lol It is a Mopar tire cover.

Why use a Tire Cover? Had one for about a week and took it off, just did not like the look.

I used a tire cover on my previous Jeep. As it got older, the elastic loosened and I was afraid it was going to fly off.

I put 4 grommets in it and ran bungee cords behind the tire carrier. Sounds trashy (because it is), but you couldn't see it unless you were looking for it.

Not really secure against thievery, but at least it would slow them down for a few minutes. :twocents:

I used a tire cover until a mouse used the white lining to build a nest under the cowl. It also ate
the insulation off my wires. I refuse to Supply nest Building materials to mice.
