Upgraded PSC steering lines

Caught the Bug
Today's project was to fix my leaks due to a too-short of a return line going under the air box. Since I had to drain the system, I decided to install the PSC upgraded pressure line. I also took off the 2 lines to the ram and had a hydraulic shop make new lines out of a more heavy duty hose and install abrasion sleeves and crimped ends. The stock lines have worn down to the braided lining with only 10,000 miles of driving! They'll make good trail spares.

Hooked
that's a lot of rubbing on that line, how do you have it routed?

I've got 3 years on mine and they haven't worn like that but I do want to do the same thing with better fittings all around.

I like the sleeves on them

I have used Tygon tubing as an abrasion cover also, split down the middle then tywrap on. Tygon is soft, so sometimes instead of actually wearing away like hard hydraulic hose it just gives and flexes.
