2016 JK Surges

I have a 2016 JK. I just recently changed the gears to 4.88. I noticed yesterday when I was in 4 low the jeep would tend to hesitate then surge when I was on an incline at or around 15 mph. Any suggestions?

Did you calibrate your computer for the gear changes?

Regearing may mess with the shift points.

Flashpac may be the answer, just a thought.

I believe the shop did all of that. I will check with them in the morning.

Unless they handed you a Flashpac, I doubt they did that.

Flashpac are VIN locked to your vehicle when you make changes.

But absolutely check with them.

I did receive a flash pack. However, I just plugged it in and the gear size wasn’t changed. They only changed my tire size. I just changed it myself. Lol. I really appreciate your help.
