Poison spider third brake light and tag light

I'm wanting to use this on the tag only part, is there any way to wire it up without the led taillights?

Not sure of the actual question. Are u wanting just the license plate light and not the break light? If so you’ll need to use two of the three wires in the harness and just tap those into your existing license plate wiring.
