In my never ending struggle with keeping my jeep salt free, i have decided to go get some factory splash guards.
I am very impressed with them as they are very large, especially the front ones. And the performance is great. Before i installed them, the BFG Mud Terrains would throw salt all over the side, even right after washing it.
After they have been on for a few weeks, they have kept my Jeep much more salt free.
Now i realize these splash guards are a clear indicator that I don't offroad very much, since they would get ripped off very quickly, but they are only held on by 3 or 4 screws so i think i could just remove them if i need to.
Anyways, they keep much of what is on the road off my jeep, which is all i really care about.
I painted the "Jeep" logo with red paint to add a little bit of style and i like how they turned out...
