I don't see any leaks and didn't see any before the fluid change. Any guess as to which seal ? And how many are in there? Thanks

If I could guess, inner pinion seal. Your outer seal is probably doing okay keeping the fluid from leaking out or at least, for now anyway.

It will show itself eventually. The seals on the axle shafts are pressed with the outer bearings. I am leaning towards the pinion seal like Eddie said.

I would definitely agree with Eddie on the spring part of a seal. Just hope that the rest doesn't come loose and get caught in between the gears. I just went the destroyed gears due to debris route myself. It wasn't fun.

I’m thinking it look similar to this. This seal is off of a gear box we have at work. So it may or may not be the same
