Looking for side rails

I have a JLUR on order . I like the stock rock rails and down't want to have to take them off. I would like to add side steps ( for my dogs) to get in and out and I am looking for some that ar more than just mere steps. They should at a minimum
1. have no gaps between an inner and outer rail where a dog can get its paw/leg stuck, ( been there done that no fun for me or my dog.
2 add addtional protection agains rocks
3 nOt have to take off the stock rails.

Reasons as stated above but with my old JKU i had a problem of gravel getting up between the rails and the body/pinch seam and scrapping of paint

Suggestions?

1 & 2 are doable. 3 you might have to compromise on. Why do you insist on keeping them so much?

I’ve never seen anything that keeps the rubi rails intact. I have the Rockhard boat side rails and my dogs(and my wife and kids) use them for getting in and out. I’ve had some good impacts on rocks that left zero dents. Very happy with them.
