14 JK, factory soft top, rear window zippers do not zip easily, is there a lube (I know) that will make them zip easier that won’t smell inside the Jeep?

Bestop makes a lubricant/ cleaner for the zippers that does a real good job. You can get it off of Amazon as well

^Yep. This.

I've also found a little bit of brake caliper grease on the first inch or so of the zipper ends helps a ton.

My manual says for cleaning/lube you can use a mild soap solution with a brush. IIRC, the one for my TJ said you could use bar soap as lube. I also used to use silicone spray, the same stuff I spray on the door seals.

I was getting frustrated with the zippers for the back window of my soft top as well, I ended up making zipper pulls out of paracord, less than $10 and 15 minutes later the zippers are no longer an issue.
