Build Hard Rock rear bumper

I now have the metal “shell” for a rear hard rock bumper, I bit off more than I can chew as it is missing everything. I have 1 and 4 from this photo. If I buy “3” both sides will that get it mounted while I petition my wife for “6”? Your input would be great, looking to get it mounted, then add “6” then pieces that are aesthetic.

I have a #11 off of my Sport. Not sure if that would work for you as it’s driver side mounted.

you need "7" or you might bend it when you tighten the bolts, 7 is the piece you put in between the frame and the bumper when you don't have the hitch.
