Output shafts on Rubicon transfercase

Can somone tell me if the output shafts are the same on a 2007-2011 Rubicon transfercase and a 2012-2016 Rubicon Transfercase.The reason I am asking is I bought new 1350 driveline for my 08 Rubicon,But the flange on front of rear driveline is a different size than the output shaft.Im thinking they acidently sent me a driveline for 2012 and newer.Thanks,Of course I will contact manufacturer but they wont be open till monday.

Pretty sure the shafts are different for the 3.8 and 3.6 tcases.

Edit: I know the input shafts are def. Different
