I've bought plenty from discount tire direct. Wait for the next holiday and there will likely be a sale/rebates.

I buy all my tires from a local, independent guy. I like to know if I have a warranty issue with the tires there won’t be any email exchange or endless phone calls for a replacement or repair. Plus he sells a nation wide road hazard protection plan.
