I would like to convert my D60 hubs over to 8x6.5 & 14mmx1.5 to match my GM 14 bolt rear axle, but I'm stuck on what studs to buy.

Here are the stock wheel studs in the D60:
2002 F350
Dorman 610-424:
Under Head Length: 74.68
Knurl Diameter: 15.98
Shoulder Length: 14.99

Here are the two options that I found that look to be the closest:
Dorman 610-509
Under Head Length: 73.4
Knurl Diameter: 15.93
Shoulder Length: 0.675" (17.15mm)

There is also Dorman 610-565:
Under Head Length: 81.95mm
Knurl Diameter: 15.85mm
Shoulder Length: 0.4" (10.16mm)

The 509 has a longer shoulder length than stock. The 565 has shorter shoulder length.

The 509 is shorter than stock over all. The 565 is longer than stock over all.

The knurl diameter is essentially relevant because I am drilling new holes in the hub.

So I went with the 610-509, but now I’m looking for the proper bit to use.

The knurl is 15.93mm which is roughly 0.627in. Would a 5/8 (0.625) be enough interference to get a good hold?
