2007 Rubicon E-lockers

So recently went to use my lockers, and they wouldn't engage. Had the jeep in 4-low and they just kept flashing. So I went underneath and unplugged what I assume is the wiring harness for the electronic lockers. Full of dirt and I noticed some moisture. Currently letting it dry, but not sure if that's the problem. Is there a way to test to see what the problem is?

The poor electrical connection would be my guess of the issue. Your problem should throw a code thought. You can get a code reader off the interweb.
