Lift Question

The only lift I've always had since I got the Jeep is this Pro Comp 2.5" lift. I've always been thrown off by the fact that the lift up front levels at 3.5", still today with the Warn bumper and Warn Powerplant, it sits at that height. Does the advertised height (2.5) really pertains to the rear or is the 2.5" supposed to be both front and rear. The reason I ask is because I don't honestly know if moving to something like 3" plush coils would actually bring me a bit higher on both front and rear or if I will lose half an inch in the front.

Most lift kits simply tend to yield more lift than is advertised. Plush ride coils are about the few coils that measure up to what they advertise. If you have 3.5" of lift now and get the 3" Plush Rides, you'll end up with less lift than you have now.
