transmission soaked with oil

After I parked the other day noticed my trans pan was soaked in oil, smells like engine oil. any thoughts? rear main seal? image1 (2).jpg image2 (1).jpg image3 (1).jpg image4.jpg

Looks higher than the rear main. Clean it off with some brakeclean and possibly even add dye to the oil and use a UV light to find the leak. It could even be somewhere around that oil cooler that's leaking. It's up on top of the motor in the rear area.
