Hi All,

Does anyone happen to know the torque specs for the upper and lower oil pan bolts on the 3.6? I’ve only been able to find them on the JL forum for the JL (thanks Eddie!). Could be the same but would love to confirm.

Thanks!

Thanks Black Pearl, I appreciate the response.

For anyone else who might be interested, I just broke down and bought access to the service manual. The torque specs, officially, are as follows:

Lower pan bolts (and nuts): 97 in. lbs.

Upper pan, transmission to engine bolts (there are 4 of these): 41 ft. lbs.

Upper pan, oil pan to engine (there are 19 of these): 18 ft. lbs.

Upper pan, rear oil seal retainer (there are 2 of these): 89 in. lbs.

Hopefully that’s helpful to someone!
