Noise- pressure build up and release?

Noise- pressure build up and release w/ faint alarm sound?

So driving home from work I thought I was hearing a slight squeak noise (more air squeak than metal squeak). Once I was a few blocks away I rolled the windows down to listen better and was hearing it occasionally. Thought it was maybe just the coilovers making a new noise with the cold weather. But once in my driveway and I could hear more clearly. It sounds almost like pressure building up then getting released. Seems to be more happening on a time basis than me doing something and it happens. Seems to be from front passenger side. I haven’t poked around at all but figure in daylight I’ll check for any leaks/puddles underneath.

I took a video of starting and turning off the ignition. Can hear it quite clearly but not sure how to upload [emoji52] if I figure it out I’ll add it

Update: let the vehicle cool to see if it was maybe a radiator issue. Still doing it. Don’t have any sweet smell like indicating a radiator leak. With the hood popped and the gf starting/turning off it seems to be from maybe center front of engine..

This video is with hood up.. if you listen until the very end, it’s almost as if there is an alarm attempting to sound but doesn’t have enough power?

That honking sound? Strange.

Weird. Power steering pump maybe? Probably gonna have to get a stethoscope or a long screwdriver to try and isolate it to a thing.

Yeah that was next on my list to check. Odd that it would be doing so while at a complete stand still and not moving the wheel at all tho?

My digging on google has come up with nothing specific to Jeep. Some random issues with Prius resulting in a similar “squeegee on dry glass sounds” that required bleeding of the lines and replacement of the brake attenuator. Also could be the air is a normal discharge of the AC system so I’m gonna not run anything tomorrow and see if still going on. Just odd it’s never been noticeable before. And the honking sound really has me scratching my head.

Gonna try not running any air tomorrow and see if it’s still happening. If anyone has starting points for possibly isolating it I’d greatly appreciate it. Otherwise I’ll just start poking and prodding.
