Cold air intake (cai)

Has anyone installed a cold air intake on their jk? If so what was gas mileage and performance after? What brand did you go with.

Any other pros or cons after using the cai?

My buddy did the banks intake and hit a pretty good size water hole and filled the entire intake tube with water. Keep the stock, the only benefit is looks with a CAI.

Yes I have. Banks Ram Air. With Magnaflow catback exhaust. No change in mileage. Not for the better at least. Performance maybe a little better throttle response. All in all it just sounds better.

I went with the airaid one on my 08 after I hydrolocked my engine using a crappy home made CAI. Running 37s I didn't notice any mileage or performance increase but it sounded better for what that's worth
