Aux fridge questions

For the past few days I have been from forum to forum (maybe that's my 1st problem) looking at fridges like the arb and engle 45's and reading about battery this and battery that, won't last a day or lasts three days, double battery single battery, solar bla..bla...bla. This gauge wire that gauge wire

I want a fridge for theJK who in San Diego knows their stuff? Who do you trust to wire things up correctly in your jeep? I just don't know.
