JKU Interior Cargo Racks

Hello!

My wife and I are both proud Jeep owners and with our recent foray into Roof Top Tent Camping, we are looking for more/better storage options. A Jeep Kitchen with pull out racks and counter tops would be awesome, but we aren't looking to spend a ton of cash on one of those. The solution I am thinking through will use a slide for our cooler/fridge (Coleman) and some sort of drawer system next to it. I want to be able to remove the whole assembly should we need to.

On top of that, I want to place an Interior cargo rack to keep the drawer system held down securely in place and provide additional usable storage space. I have not been able to find a rack that meets all of these criteria:

1. Allows for Soft and Hard top use
2. Provides at least 18 inches under the rack for Fridge/Cooler storage
3. Allows for the use of the rear seat recline kit
4. Keeps the factory roll cage padding in tact (no cutting)
5. Preferably height adjustable

Looked at so far:
Teraflex (Con: can't use soft top)
Rampage (Con: not enough space underneath)
Fabtech (Con: can't use soft top)
OPAR (Con: messes with the factory padding)

I know I'm missing some, but appreciate everyone's ideas!

I have, I was hoping for a ready built solution if one exists. But, I may be asking for a unicorn here...
