Tire/wheel issue

So I've been trying to figure out my vibrations while driving for a while now. After putting in my rear axle shafts I had a slight wobble to my rear driver tire. I was hoping it was a bent flange but after installing the shaft it still wobbles. So I tried replacing it with my spare and viola no wobble. So it's got to be either my tire or wheel. My guess is tire but is there an absolute way of testing that you guys know. Just in case it's the wheel and not the tire so I know for sure which to replace.

Have a tire shop put it on a spin balancer. It should be visually obvious if something is bent or out of round.
