Ok this thread is more for the sway bar disconnect drilling and remounting. The pictures in the instructions are kinda dark, so I went ahead and asked MTG where his was mounted. Also called EVO MFG this morning to confirm as the instructions don't mention removing a bolt to drill the 1/2 inch with a 1/2 inch drill bit.

Here is the bolt you first remove to rotate the disconnect.

Basically your just boring out this section to make the bolt from the rubber hanger fit in this location.

Also here of some pics of how much I cut from the cross member. I don't know if it is just 2012-13 JK's but the area where you want to cut is different and more beefed up it seems from the instructions pictures.

Did you already to the evap relocation?

Nope. I was going to buy one from someone local but they keep flaking so I will pick it up when I get to EVO for the bumper.

And I will wait to cut my frame and do it all at once.
