EVO Trans Skid Question

Wondering if anyone could tell me whether the little black bracket I circled is still a part for this. Went to install a second time and was missing once again. EVO-1092B is the part# and is for a 2017 auto 20190828_082427.jpeg

I have a manual so not exactly sure what they’re talking about, but looks like the passenger side mount stud.

Looks like the exhaust skid for the S-pipe. My Rock Hard Oil/Trans.jssion skid came with one. I couldn't get it to sit flush so I didn't install it.
