Viair air system

You can't beat a viair. I have seen this system used by a friend and it only lasted a couple years. Smaller systems tend to overheat and shut down because the run much longer. My friends actually broke the connecting rod in the head. I personally went with viairs 440p. I use it to fill 33's on my xj and 35's on the wife's jk. It's a portable system but later I'll add a tank and permanently mount.
I go for something with a higher cfm and about a 33% duty cycle.

I would think that compressor is a little small. I might get a bigger one but that tank size would be fine. I have a viair and have no problems with it thus far.

I purchased the ViAir 450P and the under hood mounting bracket and love it. Do the research before purchasing one.

I have the the 450 portable. Keep in my jeep bag. Take with me in any vehicle also for road trips, incase need air for tires, air mattress, etc. I have 35's and can air down to 14 psi and air back up to 35psi with in 15 mins. Approx3 mins a tire. Worth every penny for 299 bucks.

What would be the minimum setup on a viair system to be able to run an impact wrench enough to say loosen lug's?

I tried the Viair ADA system but I ran into issues with the bracket rubbing on EVERYTHING (hard brake lines and A/C hose). After several emails and phone calls with Viair, I ended up returning the system. I went to Northridge 4X4 and picked up their ARB High Output OBA kit for $320! Cheaper than the Viair and IMO a much better system at least from my experience...

Ive been using the Viair 400P for a little over a year now. Usually end up airing up my Jeep and one or two others with it when we get off the trail. My 37's are highway ready in like 15-20 minutes.
