Mysterious engine noise after turning off motor

Curious if anyone knows what this noise is after I turn off the motor (see youtube clip attached)

I don't recall hearing this before I changed my oil today.
Maybe I knocked a hose loose?

My 07 JK made that same sound... Don't know what it is but never had issues with it either.

My 07 had it and so does my 13. There are tons of threads about it and , while i cant recall what it is, it is completely normal!

thanks everyone. Sounds like a release of pressure - not sure what it is. I see several threads on the ticking noise issue, but could not find anything on this particular "whoosh" sound. Appears I need not worry. :thumb:

Yea it's a very common noise. I think it is a release of pressure like you said prob from one of the cylinders in the process of firing. Just a guess tho

it's the squirrel cage locking so the little bugger doesn't run away
