Transfer case popping out of 4wd low

Last weekend I was on a run between Reno and Virginia City and the transfer case kept popping out of 4wd low? 1" body lift. Do I need the teraflex transfer case linkage bracket? This bracket takes the linkage off the body, keeping it from being tweaked from the body lift?

your body lift is most likely preventing the shifter from fully engaging 4 Lo. you might want to pull the center console and just see if there's any trimming you can do to the rubber boot to help provide a bit more clearance. that, or install a new link system as you have suggested.
