I took out my back seat the other day n recently put it back in but now my middle seat belt won't work it doesn't extend out.

Usually, the locking mechanism hangs up, keeping the belt from retracting. If removed from Jeep, simply holding it in the same position as it's mounted on Jeep will help alleviate any pressure on the lock...allowing the belt to retract. And ANY slight movement or position other than what it's in when mounted will lock it up. However, a gentle, light pull on the belt will usually help it release.

Simply just loosened the bolt holding the belt to the tub of the jeep and spun the belt and re-tightened it. Lol I must have bolted it back down backwards or something that's y it was not working.
