Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do and it's just a matter of time before the bearings inside fry. You should use this opportunity to get a replacement 1310 or 1350 u-joint style double cardan shaft. You will need to get adjustable rear upper arms to set your pinion angle too.

Caught the Bug
Rear springs are pushed forward about two in. What's the best way to straighten and relieve pinion angle. Have RK 3.5
