Rock Krawler Powder Coating Issue

Just as the title says I just crawled under to check my torque settings as I put a RK 2.5 Max Travel system on back in March. As I'm under there I noticed the control arms are sloughing off the coating on them down to exposed metal. Never seen this happen before this soon I was hoping someone could recommend a good corrective action plan.

Powder coat can be very finicky especially on metal in a high stress environment.

The metal will bend and flex but the powder coat doesn't move, hence it cracks.

Btw I have preference to spray on bedliner. It's durable, easy to patch, and more forgiving to apply that regular rattle can.

In our biz powdercoat is a joke. One decent trail and its already peeled off. Bumpers its not so bad but given the option id rather rattle can it. Easy to repair and keep the rust demons at bay.

Yup, rattle can.

A lot of these companies get stuff 'powdercoated' but it's really cheap powder coating.

I sold my Ace rails recently. The powder coating on them was terrible. Looked much better after sanding them down and rattle can with some Rustoleum flat black.
