I filed a fair use dispute. looks like UMG has an amazing amount of power and can take down videos that contain copyright material that they do not even own. in this case it looks like I used a song that is popular enough to be on a automated block list:naw: so I filed the dispute and added "Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use." I noted in the video and description that the video is for entertainment purposes only, non profit, i make no money in creating the video. i know its a long shot, but worst that can happen is they ban my youtube account:crazyeyes:
