bumper fix rear

can anybody tell me how I can fix my rear bumper it has a small pushin dent can t get to the inside to push it back to normal it s like a plastic fiber black bumper thank u jyazz06 IT S A 08 RUBICON:wings:

With heat from the summer sun. It should naturally pop out. Mine did.

Just cut the ends off! That's what I did
