Day 1 IMAG1210.jpg IMAG1213.jpg

first time offroad :clap2: IMAG1222.jpg

my first road trip on it was to tijuana  found some dunes out there so gave the jeep a lil try 2012-07-15 10.37.53.jpg

got back from my first road trip and decided i wanted bigger tires so on came the 33's with the 2" spacer in front and went doorless the same day :thumb: DSCN0628.jpg

took it offroad and realized it would rub a lil in the rear didnt think much of it till i went to the dunes at pismo popped both my rear fenders off DSCN0888.jpg

so in came the 18/59 spring swap and bilstein/procomp pro-runner shocks :clap2: 1349735675180.jpg

first time going out to freeway ridge 1350793083842.jpg

regret of not going 35's kicked in quick found a guy wanting to trade for my 33s so i trimmed my fenders and went on 35s :brows: 306991_10151444038288456_606066861_n.jpg

Crawled under the jeep earlier and seen this 1372734653682.jpg 1372734663642.jpg my question is can I hold off on change it for a while or should I change it soon?? Was planning on getting a front bumper but if this is a ticking time bomb I think I'd rather change it also any brand anyone recommend??

It'll go eventually. But no telling when really. If its between a driveshaft and a bumper I would go driveshaft.

I see well I guess I'm getting a new driveshaft any brand u recommend?? 1310/1350???

If you are building for a 37" rig go with the 1350 and save yourself future heartache. That is to say you are going to bolt up that D44 you've got collecting dust ;)

JE Reel is what I run, it is local, tried and true. Jim Reel is a nice and knowledgable guy. He uses Made in the USA Neapco U-Joints and stands behind his products.

That is a big heavy duty shaft that would make your gears (ring and pinion) the weak, and although you CAN run a 1350 on a D30 I don't recommend it. Matter of fact, I know several folks running a 1310 shaft with 37's.

I don't want to buy driveshafts twice so I think I'll just run the stock one till I get my d44 on thanks for the advice Frank!:cool:

Since my soft top is a p.o.s I borrowed this hard top from a buddy of mine for the camping weekend

Also threw my stock carrier and spare on the rear just to have a lil more room inside
