Will a automatic transmission from a 2011 go seamlessly into a 2007?

I know the ECU changed but I don't know if that would have any impact.

It should bolt right up but, like you said, the computer on a 2011 is different and I don't know if it'll be an issue for you. I don't think it will be but, I'm pretty sure that if it were a transfer case, it would be.

I just left the dealership and they said it probably wouldn't work because of the different electronics but I'm not 100% convinced they knew anything about it.
