So I just fixed the rear caliper that froze on my wife's jeep.
i took it for a ride and found that the front right wheel has a crunchy sounding squeak when I turn while I am driving....

What would this be?

U joints? Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jeff

P.s. if my wife doesn't start telling me about these noises before something brakes I am going to rip out her radio.

I'd start with the U joint. I lost a bushing on one and it made mostly like a clunky sound when I was turning... Else I'd jack up your front and check out the wheel

Yup, the u joint is the problem.
Almost done replacing it, thanks to project jk's axle removal write up.

The rear caliper just ceased up, it is an 2009 and I live in buffalo ny so I am sure our winters do a number on auto parts with all of the salt that is on the roads.

It was just by chance both just happened. The ujoint was probably going on for some time but my wife did not know enough to notice.
