PR44 issues

Ok so I have a 07 JK Sahara, I just had an Offroad shop install my new front PR44 unlimited with RCV shafts, ARB locker, pro steer BJ'S and 5.38 gears. They also installed the evo drag link flip kit, currie anti rock sway bar kit and fox steering stabilizer ( which is now off). Alignment has been done. They are having issues with the steering locking at full turn. When you turn it to full turn left or right doesn't matter the steering locks to the side the turn. Has anyone had any of these issues?

Here are a few pics. You can see the set up a little.

be sure you are not turning the rcv's past 45degrees. if this is an issue you may need to add a washer or two to the steering stops. all i can think of right now.

agreed with rtguy1...

Sounds like your steering stops need to be adjusted out some.

Edit: Thats an awesome looking jeep too! Barely fits on that trailer ;)

Be sure to update this thread. I'm curious if its as simple as over rotating the rcv joints, or if its another issue.

I will for sure, I have email Dynatrac for them for there 2 cents, also the PSC High Volume power steering pump should arrive today for them to install. This is a pain to have to worry about when you are 7500 miles from home.
